Base Hit: The boy hit one down the first base line.....He and I had a great day Saturday. After his baseball game we went to Kelly's Roast Beef (Kelly's is an institution in the Boston area) - then it was off to the bait shop for worms and lures for an afternoon of fishing! Happy Monday! 05/18/2015
Blues....I was going to post something different today but I opted to post a "blue" shot instead as a tribute to one of my favorite musicians - B.B. King. I had the pleasure of meeting him many years ago when he came to Boston. I was at the local rock station (WBCN) at the time and our blues guru - Carter Alan - conducted and interview with BB in his dressing room before the show. We hung out there for quite some time just listening to him talk about everything from his guitar - Lucile to baseball and everything in between. It was the thrill of a life time. R.I.P. B.B.
