From High Above: Here's New York's Verrazano-Narrows Bridge which connects Brooklyn with Staten Island. With a center span of 4,260 feet - it is the longest suspension bridge in the western hemisphere. This was actually the 1st shot that I took in this quick little series but I kept hesitating on posting it. I love the perspective but some may not like the jet engine in the frame - I do, but I guess it's all a matter of personal preference. What do you think? 5/15/2013
Midtown: Here's another shot of of NYC....the glide path to LaGuardia Airport provides some spectacular views of the city. 5/14/2013
Lower Manhattan: Good Morning! I apologize for the quality of this shot but I took it through a foggy and dirty airplane window. I had to post it because of the uniqueness of this shot. It's not too often the you get a view of Manhattan from this perspective. This is lower Manhattan with the new World Trade Center tower under construction. On the lower right is the Brooklyn Bridge which spans the East River. I have a couple of more shots if you guys are interested. 5/13/2013
